Patrick Kramer

Pat has always been one to fight for the little guy and takes pride in helping people in need. Because of that, Pat’s legal career has focused exclusively on helping injured and disabled people recover the benefits they are entitled to from workers compensation, short-term disability, long-term disability, and Social Security disability.

During his career Pat has developed a deep understanding of how difficult it can be for anyone to try to navigate the disability or workers’ compensation process when they are suffering from a disability that prevents them from working or have been injured on the job. His desire to help people struggling with this process and his deep knowledge of how the process works has led to Pat helping his client obtain millions of dollars in benefits denied by insurers that include Aetna, Cigna, New York Life, MetLife, Lincoln Financial Group, The Hartford, Guardian, Unum, Reliance Standard, Travelers, Acuity, and many others.

Pat received his undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota Duluth where he studied political science and economics. He went on to receive his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. During law school he clerked for a firm that represented plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases and another firm that represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases.

When he is not working, Pat can usually be found enjoying the outdoors, attending sporting events and concerts, trying to chef up something on the grill for his family and friends, and desperately trying to improve his golf game (with little success). Born and raised in St. Paul, Pat lives in the Twin Cities with his wife and daughter.
